The study would also help in forming the effective flow of operations for forming the analysis of the critical evaluation. Clarity involves the use of ten tools namely inspection, what are needed, emptying the bucket, so what, why, what else, vision, ingredient diagram, thinking coach, and anticipatory thinking. The third week was focused on the analysis of the information and data for forming the analysis of the effective processing of the information. The information and its analysis play a major role in development of the critical thinking and analysis for developing effective managerial decision making. The involvement of the critical thinking would be formed for developing the integration of the knowledge and skill based for the analysis of the evaluation method for the development. The analysis of week four lecture would provide the utilization of the reflect tool for the development of the effective processing and integration. The development of the human attributes were highly improved by the use of the reflect tool. The reflect tool provides the scope for implementing self awareness. The self awareness would be helpful for critical evaluation of the ones nature and develop qualities of self assessment in the organization. The sixth week was focused on taking smart decisions of the s ituations and it would comprise of forming the development of the decision making in the organization. The week 7 and 8 were the elongation of the ethical decision making and critical thinking in terms of various situations and requirements. The contracts would be made for developing the effective flow of operations for integrating the development of the profound knowledge.
